Monopoly City Streets: A chance to be a property magnet

The morning newspaper today had a brief news of some game called monopolycitystreets which was an online version of the popular boardgame monopoly. Though i had never played the game ever before i though of givin the online version a try. The site was jam packed as reported in the news paper it took 10 minutes to open the homepage. I liked the game's concept of buying roads from around the world and then building structure's on it and to accumulate rent from the property on the owned roads. Google maps provided with the map courtesys. I started off by searching for streets in Mumbai where i currently reside, i tried going for Peddar road on of the most important roads in Mumbai housing many VVIPs.....but to my horror the road was already bought and the price had soared up to $7 million dollars. My dream of none the less of even owning it in the game was not fulfilled. All the prime locations in Mumbai city had been taken up as in the real life. the places left had sky high prices and low rent. I was hellbent that people would not have attacked ahmedabad but to my disappointment the poularity of the internet had even destroyed my only possibility of buying in a known city. Even the road outside my house was taken up. I was relieved when i came to know that v can even make offers for owned streets i placed two offers that according to me are delecious but my fingers are crossed. Over all the game is sure to make u rest your ass on the with such curiosuty that time is sure to run out. A good game, smart concept, time sucker but worth a shot.
